We have made multiple releases to the video streaming system which has increased the speed with which the video streams start up. This is achieved by starting streams with the readily available image streams and then seamlessly transitioning to higher quality video using HLS or WebRTC.
The new system has better visibility for errors that crop up while streaming video due to any reasons. This includes better state visibility for channels for cases like channel offline in the channel tile itself.
