Bug fixed for bounding boxes
A bug that was preventing bounding boxes from being rendered for certain incidents has been fixed. This bug was only impacting review of the incident when the incident video was not present in the cloud and was played directly from the base station. Bounding boxes are now rendered for all incidents as expected.
